What to replace itunes with?

Hi: I've had it with itunes everytime I try to synchronize it with my ipod touch it deletes,damages,moves my songs and video's too. Looking maybe tversity or foobar 2000 or any other idea's out there.Want the program to also able to stream to my PS-3 . Thanks

Can you use any program with an ipod, or does it have to be itunes?

Tversity for streaming. DoubleTwist for music/video manage and sync with ipood

Winamp does well too for the iPod. TVersity for streaming.
