What to do, What to do?

I am in the market for a new subwoofer. I need something that has the ability to make the base for movies and the audioability to make good sound for superaudio. I've been looking at a paradigm servo 12 which is a down firing sub. I have a Klipsch reference speaker system and I'm not impressed with the sound. I need some ideas. And... should I use 2 subs or 1?

Unless you are in a very large room or like knocking pictures off the wall one good quality sub should do. I have never heard that particular paradigm sub but have heard it is a very good sub. I am very impressed with my svs 25-31 pci. Hsu and velodyne are also good choices. Its time to go audition subs.
