What printer/brand let you refill ink cartridges?

I am tired of my Epson Stylus RX595, the inks on this run out so quick, and they cost so much to replace. Where the inks cost about $59-69, I could use that and get the a brand new printer plus inks Can any recommend a particular brand of printer, and when the ink ran out and I can just get the ink refill kit instead of getting all new cartridges. As far as I know, I can't refill my cart on my Epson... Thanks all...

We used to buy refilled ink cartridges from inkstop or something like it, and they were absolutely terrible. I'm pretty sure they diluted the ink with alcohol, because it definitely smelled like alcohol when you printed. They didn't last very long either. We have an HP printer now and we just buy a multipack of ink from costco. Not sure if its any cheaper, but it sure beats running out of ink when you need something printed. I haven't had any experience with refilling the cartridges myself though. Hopefully someone can chime in because I'm curious about it too.

What Dkane said. I tried buying refilled carts for my HP PSC from stores that do that for a living and have had very poor results. They either didn't work right out the door or would fail within a week or two.

I buy the multi-packs of HP product now and have no complaints. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

I said before ink printer suck. literally. They suck the money out of your pockets. They are unreliable, the ink dries then not in use and it is more expensive (by volume) than gold !
Switch to laser! I bought my Samsung b&w printer 5 years ago for $100 and still use bundled toner !!! Online photo prints is much higher quality anyways and much cheaper too. Plus there are tons of free prints deals, and overall 4x6 300dpi glossy print cost about 7-10 cents, which is about 10 times less than cost of printing same photo at home...

On another note, printers are the most poorly functioning computer related peripheral known to man. I give it some slack though, because it does have a lot of moving parts... but the amount of time those damn printers jam up and eat paper, or just stop working is ridiculous. It's always 2 AM after finishing a paper too, right when you dont feel like messing with it.
