That device has two mono outputs. You can connect one or both to the EP2500, depending on if you want to run the EP in bridged or stereo mode. Either way will work.

The cable will have an RCA connector on one end and a mono 1/4" jack on the other end. That's the easiest way to do it. You could also get an RCA to XLR connector, but there is more possibility for something to go wrong.

Or you could use something like this into the back of the EP, and then use whatever RCA cable you want between the EQ and the EP.

Note that in all cases, you are no longer running a balanced signal from the EQ to the amp.
