What is the best Hi Fi version of XM, Sirius or Internet radio?

I seriously don't like the sound quality of XM or Sirius radio... but there isn't much other choice.

Are there any broadcasters or Internet radio sites that offer a higher sound quality than the usual junk?

I have just done a review of this whole situation.

The best quality is MPR streaming at 128 kbs mp3

I still prefer FM. Much better sound IMO.
