I think it all comes down to placement of your speakers. If wall mounting is what your looking for then the Ds7 would be better. If your surrounds can be on stands and proper placement is not an issue then the 705's would be great.

The surrounds don't have to match perfectly with the fronts, either DS7 or 705's will work. I like the looks of the 705s better, but that is your choice :)

What you want to be careful of is if you add a center speaker, that it matches the 703s to maintain timbre ( seamless sound) across the front. For the 703s get the HM7 center.

You have a great system !

Either of those are good surround choices. I will vote for the 705's myself....

I have tried everything from speakers exactly matching my mains to $15/pr KLHs as surrounds. I have yet to notice any difference. All that surrounds do is provide directional cues, while the overall character of the sound is completely determined by the front stage.
If I had it to do over again, I would spend far less on surrounds. $1500 for the 705s would be a total waste in that role. If you want B&W for consistency, I suggest the smallest bookshelves in the 600 series.

If you are at all into multi-channel music formats, or care about output quality, get the best surrounds you can afford;) Using cheap surrounds, (like the aforementioned)well you might as well do 3.1. BTW im invisible:p
