What do you think of Polk M20 for rear's

I have athena f2's in front, c1, and currently running B2's in the rear, considering the Polk M20's for the rear.

Your thoughts.

PS I can get a great deal on them for $150 CDN for the pair.

There's nothing wrong with Polk, I like them myself, but the M20's are not their crowning achievement.
Besides, considering the fact you already have the Athenas all around, why not stick with them?
