I don't understand this. I have had zero issues with Medici TV here in Eagan or when I was on Benedict Lake deep in the Paul Bunyan Forest 35 miles South of Bemidji.
It makes me wonder if your issue is within your home.
Do you have a wired connection from your Router? Is your Router a "top drawer" brand and model.
What Internet bandwidth are you paying for from your provider.
These high Res streams really require robust infrastructure. Wi-Fi is not adequate as a rule. You need a download speed of at least 500 Mbps or higher, mine is 750 Mbps now.
I built a really robust Internet infrastructure at our former lake home and here in Eagan. It is pro from modem, router, patch bay and hubs and Cat6 to the hubs and everything that is not mobile.
I think a lot of people now fail to understand that you have to a give a lot of thought planning and build time to a home ethernet infrastructure if you want state of the art streaming. But I can honestly say I have no issues replaying the streams I listed, unless the Internet is down, which I think has only happened twice in the five years we have been here. In the case of Atmos steams it is via the BPO app on my LG TV and there have been no issues. All AV streams are from my DIY HTPC running Windows 6. Audio streams are generally grabbed by my DIY DAW computer, still running Windows 5.
Lastly I fail to understand why you can not reach the
BPO Digital Concert Hall. I have just tested that link it my post and it works fine.
Internet in your system requires every bit as much attention as Speakers, AVP/AVRs amps, peripherals and TVs.
I have feeling that is not often the case. Unless that is corrected you experience using what the NET has to offer will be limited.
