Well, you've got two out of the three I generally spell it whisky as its easier (but more realistically because mostly I enjoy good Scot single malts)

That’s my understanding. I know @mikado(Dave) likes his scotch, and Canadian whisky so I have to spell it “correctly” just for him lol. I have loved whiskey my whole life, but have struggled to find a scotch that really did it for me. No harm in searching!
