Wharfedale Diamond 8.2 Bookshelf Speakers (opinions/advice?)

I am looking to buy a pair of bookshelf speakers and was wondering if anyone had any opinions on the Wharfedale Diamond 8.2 Bookshelf Speakers and also the BIC America Venturi DV62si Bookshelf Speakers

Based on some reviews I have read I am leaning towards the Wharfedale ones...
Are there any other bookshelf speakers for around $150.00 I should be considering too?

Wharfedale have a great line up in the diamond series. I have a full H/T diamond 9 series setup and love it. Can't really comment on the 8.2 but i would try save a bit more and buy the 9.1 bookshelves as they are a slightly better design and build and sound cleaner.

Good advice. I'll see if I have the will power to do that

Still would be interested if anyone has advice on speakers in the 100-150 dollar range
