What makes you think those Westrex drivers were made by Goodmans? I can find no evidence of this. Further I know that company pretty well. Ted Jordan was their chief engineer, and Leslie Watts was their accountant. After the death tax debacle, Ted and Leslie formed the Jordan Watts speaker company, with which I was closely associated.
Goodmans were based in Norwood South London. The produced Hi-Fi speakers, and also cheaper lines for manufacturers of portable record players radios and voice PA and background music systems.
Westrex were a UK subsidiary of the Western Electric company.
This is what is known of them.
I would doubt there is any information extant on the drivers the OP has. I would think those drivers are only of historic interest and of no use in any current audio system.
