1) Measurements - Polar response out to 60+ degrees, Impulse response, power compression, Z-chart/sensitivity - whatever is available. Otherwise it's "just another speaker".

2) Aesthetics. They matter.

3) Warranty/return Shipping policy/cost etc. I think this is all part of "customer service" - will it be a hassle if something goes wrong?
