Switching this will not matter since your mains are set to small.
I'm gonna be lazy and not explain this control since you are grappling with things that do matter!

I just wanted to say thank you to, Markw, Kew, and BSA. I have learned a few things from you guys. I now know the difference in a sub vs. a plain ole woofer. And somewhat what a crossover does. My system was needing woken up. This really did make it almost like a new system.
