Almost all of your questions are very basic questions that can be easily found googling or using the search function on the forums here. It isn't necessary to start a new thread for every question, especially when they all pertain to each other, such as your questions about speaker wire.

That being said, it seems that around $59 is the cheapest to find the wall mounts that you want.

It doesn't mention anything about keyhole or integrated insert mounting for those speakers. The T15 has a keyhole slot so that you can mount them without drilling into them, which I presume is why you want the clamping kind.

These might work too.
