I've had the Sony VPL VW675ES since the beginning of this month and I did a RGB panel alignment on it several times since. It seems like every other day I turn it on, and there's red and blue ghosts around high contrast stuff. I notice it especially when I bring up the menus to change a picture setting.
I can align the panels to near perfection on Wednesday, and on Friday, I find it off by at least a full pixel, with the grid pattern showing distinctly separate red and blue lines instead of just a white grid.
I thought that once set up, it should stay in alignment. Is it variable with room temperature, or the temperature of the projector internals?
