Ordered from them last year sub woofer - still have not received it. No matter how good they are but this is simply - not done!!

and every time i email this guy Mark - he seems to be on vacation! How many days he takes off - I wonder.

anyone have had similar experience post paying for their products?

Say good buy to your money. That whole guy's life is fraud. You will never see that subwoofer.

Me too. I don't know why but it brings back good memories. AV123 was his brand IIRC! He actually had the respect of the audio community and somewhat of a following. Shifty Schifter!

I have experienced the same lack of delivery. I'm somewhat stymied however. Several people asked Mark for a refund which he quickly followed through on. Today I requested a refund which I expect to be honored.. He has a criminal record and will be on probation for the remainder of his life. Yes, the company is in mess and he's full of run arounds but he's not making any money when he continues to refund orders. I find it confusing.

What in the "H" did you deal with the guy for? You likely will loose all the money you sent him.

If he is on probation for life, if I read that link correctly, he should be back in jail for breach of probation, I would think.
