Trying to get an old VCR working. It worked Previously as I lived in a place where using my antenna, I could get channel 3.

Currently won't work.

I have Roku and internet. I just did an antenna web search and I can get 6 channels starting with channel 9 using Clear TV.

Thoughts and solutions would be appreciated.

Where do you live? VCRs have an analog tuner and no analog stations are being broadcast at this time. The FCC carved up the RF spectrum and auctioned the spectrum off so they could sell much narrower bands to be used for digital applications, like Digital TV, Cell Phones, etc. Each analog TV and radio station has extremely wide bandwidth. Find a way to watch TV stations using the ROKU. I haven't seen a decent digital to analog converter or digital TV tuner in a long time. Then again, I haven't looked.

I had to buy a converter for my old system so get it working.

Why answer a question telling me not to use the VCR when that was not what I asked? What sort of help is that? (no help)
