Using the Willsenton R8 as a preamp before Hegel H300. Is it possible?

I am currently waiting the arrival of a Willsenton R8 Integrated tube amplifier. I am currently running a S.M.S.L. M500 Dac into Hegel H300 integrated in looped made via USB and then to PMC Twenty.24's. Is it possible to run the Willsenton Tube amp into the H300, as I have read that integrating tubes with solid state can result in a very musical system? Any information would be very useful. Why would you run one integrated amp into another? Seems you're just wanting to complicate things unnecessarily IMO, especially if based on some dude on the internet saying it would be "more musical" which is such a silly descriptor in any case when describing hardware. Could make a difference to the speakers as to which amp perhaps. If your Hegel has something like a main in you could use the tube thingy as pre-amp. You could do that vice-versa if the integrated tube amp has such. You cannot combine the output of the two amps, tho. I'd pick the integrated amp you prefer and just use it.

An even better use for a second amp. I use the trickle down method, best one goes in main, next to bedroom, next to workshop, next to summer hidey hole spare bedroom, last to office/spare bedroom. Might have to expand into the laundry room or bathroom, maybe kitchen.....
