Hi all. Newbie here and don't have much knowledge. Building a new dedicated light controlled home theater 20 feet depth, 15 feet wide and 7.6 feet high(Initial 8 feet from the screen is 1 feet higher 8.6). This is my dream theater and the budget is $20K. I saw some B&W used 803D speakers that are around $4.5K but not sure if they will work in my room. I also saw used B&W 800D but maybe overkill. Thinking about 145 inch screen. Initial plan is for Epson 12000, Onkyo RZ70 with 4 atmos in ceiling. How are Martin Logan 200 motion speakers(used for about $3k).

I read that B&W are really good speakers but are they good for home theater movie watching. Or should I go with Martin Logan?

I have the below old speakers and not sure if they can be used
Klipsch reference premier speakers that I am thinking to use for surrounds.
Mission 77c center channel
Boston VR2000 subwoofer.
Paradigm floor standing(Don't remember the model)

Any suggestions for acoustic panels and other helpful tips for better sound? Mostly used for watching movies(90%) and some music.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Those 803Ds you need to stay away from. Those Kevlar mids were driven way into break up range. In addition B & W speakers are in general difficult to drive loads and definite receiver busters. As you get into more exotic speakers you really need external amplification from a receiver with preouts or better an AVP, which is an AV pre amp and has no power amps.

If you are trying to build a forever theater, I would at least spec. separate amps for the front three.

Speakers are tricky and you really need to hear them and find reviews with good measurements. Picking the right speakers is the most important purchase. You don't have to buy all your speakers at once. Two good fronts and a a sub gives you a good start. Then you can add speakers as funds permit. If you have good speakers you likely won't need room treatments. I have never used them. Your room has decent room ratios as far as dimensions are concerned. Two good speakers beat 11 lousy ones any day.
