Interesting convo with a guy selling a pair of Studio 60 v3’s. For reference he wanted $11,000 for the 60’s, a pair of 20’s, an ancient Denon AVR-3805 and a Paradigm PS1000 v3.

hahahah! What a deal! So he wants $500 over the original retail cost for a decade old pair of Paradigms. Craigslist has truly become the home of the irrational and stupid. He’s got another ad where he wants $1000 for that Paradigm PS1000. I truly don’t understand people like this, I mean do they really think they’re going to sell? Notice how he didn’t address his $1400 mark up on his claimed retail price. The ad has been up for over a year, maybe next year I’ll get lucky and he’ll take $2000 for them

Haha absolutely there is! Some of the best deals I’ve gotten have been in Warwick, Providence, East Greenwich and Cranston. Ironically the most sketchiest CL people I’ve ever met were in the aforementioned towns
