It's not in the first edition. Next time I go to the University's library I'll try to remember to note the page number. Is there any other research you would like me to do for you while I'm there?

If it's not in the first edition, then the page number doesn't matter. But the context does.
(note: the 2nd edition has 130 more pages)
It seems like a strange thing for Henry Ott to write.
You don't need to do any other research. I have both of Mr. Ott's books.
