Upscaling - TV or Reciever or Both

Just bought a 4k HDR TV and hooked it up via HDMI to my receiver. I know the TV will upscale but the receiver has a feature to enable or disable upscaling. Should I enable it in the receiver or just let the TV upscale. Or does it even matter whether or not I've got it turned on at the receiver level?

Thanks.

Usually that decision is made based on which device does a better job at upscaling. What tv and what receiver?

I'd tend to bet on the tv being better but depends on the particular gear. I usually don't use any of my avrs for video processing (but I don't use old gear that needs legacy inputs upscaled, where an avr might work well).
