You've got to love working with someone like Jim Salk who is willing to customize and cares about the details the way he does!
He is fantastic to deal with. I just hope that someday I'll be in a position to move up to this new top of the line. But that's just a pipe dream. I'd have to win the lottery.

Just An Update

Well I got antsy and upped my order. I've had the 2 custom Song Tower RTs, and the Song Center RT's on order for a couple of weeks. Today I added a matched set of Song Surround I (w/standard tweeters) bookshelves to go with them. :D As much as I love my Boston dipolar surrounds I just couldn't match them up with the STs. That's punching just a tad above their weight class.

You will love that setup....

The RT songtowers are fantastic...

For side surrounds - I prefer to match the front 3.... Rear surrounds Im happy I didn't dump the extra money to match... My non matched rears are more then adequate for the fleeting sounds that move around back there..

What sub are you matching up with your ST's...?

I'll be keeping my PB12 Plus/2. It does the job and I can't justify going out and buying the eD A7-700 that I've been drooling over. I have SVS checking production records to see if my drivers are 12.2 or 12.3 series drivers. If they are the older drivers may open her up and replace them. That would give me two 12" drivers that I'd just have to build a sub or two for.
