Upgrading from basic HTIB system

So I blew my budget, but I think I've future-proofed myself fairly well here. Here is the setup I think I'm gonna run with, pending my upcoming audition this weekend.

Receiver - Denon AVR-2113 (still would like help on figuring out if I would need the 2313 and why though. I know PSBs take little power to run them, but I'm also running speakers far more powerful than originally mentioned.)

Front - PSB T6 Towers (got a deal on them - only $1,000)

Center - PSB C5

Rears - PSB B4

Sub - Hsu VTF-MK4

All this costs $2,958 + tax or roughly $3,300. $800 over my initial budget, but I think I ended up with a great system. Now, what sort of wiring should I be getting and how complex is this to set up? As someone who doesn't have the best track record when it comes to setting things up, is this something I can or should do myself, or would the $100 or so it would cost to have an installer be worth it? I'm thinking so if even for the calibration. Anything else I should know/need/consider with this setup? Will I have everything I need with this?

That looks good > I just use regular low cost 14awg speaker cable.
The same with a subwoofer cable - nothing real fancy.

You will not really hear any difference power-wise, between the 2113
2313 receivers. For your size room the speakers will get loud.
You can download the 2113 manual here >

Thanks for the links, they will certainly help. Any idea on the receiver question I have?

There is only about 10 watts difference >> you will not really
hear a difference in 10 watts. For your size room, you should
be fine. It all comes down to the so-called frills.

One thing that I will add, the PSB T6 is a big tower > make sure
that you and your room (14x12) can handle the towers, and that
you can get the best from them, with a proper set-up.

When you say make sure my room can handle the towers, how do you propose i do that? The store won't let me demo at home, so not sure of any other way.

If all comes down to you and your desires, and what you can live with.
They need room from the back and side walls, so that they will not be
boomy and muddy sounding. > They will throw a big sound-stage, and
being close to the side walls, will hinder their imaging and soundstage.

However, some people are happy with big towers in a smaller type room.
They will pancake your old HTIB system.

I don't think that'll be an issue. My initial set up with my done in my upstairs loft area, with the speakers having their back to the open part of the loft. This means they won't have anything behind them and there should be ample space on both sides.

So apart from the speaker wire are there any other misc parts I'll need to set this all up? I ask because I know if for example you buy a TV, it won't come with the HD cables by default. I guess the speaker wire does that in this case, I just want to make sure when I bring it all home I don't have one of those "Why doesn't this work? Oh, I need ___ part/cable?"

Some of us use banana plugs, it is easier to connect and
disconnect the speaker cable.

The main thing is speaker cable and subwoofer cable.

I have been shopping at monoprice for many years for all cables and interconnects and haven't had any problems yet. Actually the only problem I have had was a CL2 rated thick gauge HDMI cable. it weighed a lot, and since I will still tweaking and isntalling things (moving it around as well as the rack), the connector broke off. Since then, I use a HDMI swivel to alleviate the strain.

Have you given consideration to my Klipsch Icon W series suggestion?
