Then talk to Dennis Murphy about the crossover mod for the Affordable Accuracy monitors. They are a kit speaker from Parts Express, except Dennis completely redesigned the crossover. You will be hard pressed to find a pair of speakers under $500 that can best these, tower or bookshelf. (cause any tower under $500 requires a sub)
