No it is not all accounted for.

Question: who invaded who, and is the "it's Zelenskys fault" telling the entire picture?

understood but 'allocated and accounted for', two different things ?

Just trying to get further clarification as there appears to be a fair amount of rumors, accusations, whatever cycling about right now.........
Russians are spreading the misinformation that a large amount of money is unaccounted for, and this is what you're hearing. Note that Ukraine does not get so much actual money but military hardware, humanitary support etc.

Another aspect of this is that a lot of the weapons are taken from stockpiles

>>>The majority of weapons and munitions the U.S. government has sent to Ukraine are pulled from America’s own stockpiles using presidential drawdowns, since this program allows for the quickest delivery. The supplementals then provide the Pentagon with funding to replenish those stockpiles, which it does primarily through the military contractors that build weapons for the U.S. military. . . .
The vast majority of U.S. Ukraine-related funding does not go directly to Ukraine; it stays in the U.S. economy, subsidizing the production of weapons in at least 31 states and 71 cities.

While Ukraine gets most of the aid in the form of old American weapons pulled from U.S. reserves, it’s American workers at American companies that make new weapons to replenish them.

America’s military-industrial complex also restocks inventories of its NATO allies who similarly help Ukraine.<<<

If the weapons being taken from the stockpiles needed to be replaced shortly anyway, the increased cost due to early replacement might be modest. Having said that, I don't think I've seen a detailed breakdown on this.

Europe has been sending money to fund the Ukrainian government expense. US has provided the bulk of the weapons and money too.

Now Mikado, I straight up answered your question. Answer mine please, or maybe say Russia invaded, but Ukraines response was abysmal. Or why Russia was justified in the invasion....

Nevertheless, all this including supplementals are borrowed money, that means we the tax payers are on the hook for all the interest. Where as the American companies made all the profits.

I cannot reply for Mikado. But Russia had been warning of no NATO on its borders with Ukraine for a while. When Berlin wall fell there was a handshake (no formal) agreement between us and USSR that NATO will not expand eastward towards USSR borders. That agreement did not hold. So finally, they reacted. Recall how we reacted when USSR put missiles in Cuba? Fortunately, cooler heads prevailed.

Nato is or is not allowed on the border? Why would they be on the border? Did conservative media/Trump communicate that? Are the Ukrainian territories Rusdia holds originally theirs?

I suspect Trump blames Zelensky for the Ukraine scandal in 2019, and now wants revenge.

>>>Trump blocked payment of a congressionally-mandated $400 million military aid package, in an attempt to obtain quid pro quo cooperation from Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Contacts were established between the White House and government of Ukraine, culminating in a call between Trump and Zelenskyy on July 25, 2019.

Trump released the aid after becoming aware of a whistleblower complaint, before the complaint was known by Congress or the public.<<<

Trump's hatred of the CIA may stem (at least in part) from the fact that the whistleblower was a CIA employee. Trump undoubtedly viewed the whistleblower as a traitor.

Putin must be giddy.

yes, you answered one of them, but by not answering the others I assume you have no links or proof ? Regardless I'll answer your 'baited' question.......yes Russia invaded Ukraine 3 years ago. As for the entire picture, shall be go back to 2014 ? ;) lets see, what's his name Obama was prez and I think some guy named Biden was 'Pro counsel to Ukraine' ? Remember the 'NATO umbrella' crap back then ? The name Victoria Nuland mean anything to you ?

Listen, there's been so much shady crap surrounding Ukraine over the years It's tough to know what to believe !

Seriously, I have no life.
Sumpin wrong with pic of Trump and Putin shaking hands in the name of peace.
The guy is kompromised and doesn't know how to get out of it.
I suspect there is some video from the beauty pageantry in Moscow that is kompromising.

Exactly. Who do you think started those rumors and flamed it? My bet is on Putin.
Being in war is not exactly a good time for bookkeepers to account for every $. ;)

ps. is this not the same as DOGE and Trump claiming all those 100s of billions in fraud at social security, dead getting SS without a shred of evidence?
or, all those $millions on condoms to Hamas?

What you need to do there is tie these various thoughts into how the invasion was justified. If you can't than it means those various ideas are bad. but not a justification for.
