Okay, so you're not going to believe this.
Here's a good one.
Now that I'm enjoying life.... and my home theater, it's time for a new job in a new city, a new house and I'm back to square one. By that, I mean i have a hole in the ground and a foundation at the moment. AND all of my electronic gear is staying with my current house.
The bad news is that I spent far more time working on the room than I'll get to use it. The good news is that I suppose it's a chance to fix what I didn't like about the old room. (At least that's how I'm rationalizing it, because I really like the room.)
For my next theater, I'm moving the wetbar and microwave to another area that will be a general family room, across from the theater. This will allow me to have two rows of seats in the theater. (It's 15x20 like the last one.) One other change - the house configuration allows me to build it where I have no windows. As well as black-out cellular blinds work, I think it'll be better.
Here's my question - if you could do your room over - as I am - what would you change? Your suggestion might give me something I hadn't considered.
