TV Audio Does Not play through Receiver

I have an up to date Sony 65 inch TV and an Onkyo TX-NR3030 receiver and up to now no problems. What has started to happen is that the TV audio no longer plays through my receiver. I have tried a factory reset on both models but no luck. When I play CDs, Blu-rays etc. no problems. Netflix also plays fine. Any ideas please?

How do you have the TV connected to the receiver? Via HDMI, you need to make sure ARC is on and audio set to pass over HDMI.
