Trying to finish my first HT system

Hi all,
This is my first post on this forum and I am looking for some recommendations on what kind of a sub to pick up for my current system. I'm a college kid on a budget so my system isn't exactly high quality by any means, but it gets the job done.

My current setup is as follows:
-Receiver: Harmon Kardon AVR 135
-Fronts: Polk Audio RT-16's
-Center: Polk Audio CSi 25
-Surrounds: JBL E30's

I'm trying to find a back-surround and a subwoofer to finish out my system before I start to upgrade seperate parts of the system. I have a small room right now (around 1000 sq. ft.), but will move my system into a bigger room once I move out of my current residence. Any suggestions on subs that would give me good bang for my buck under $500 would be greatly appreciated. Also, I would love to hear some recommendations as to where I should go with my system upgrade once I finish.

Thanks,
Casey

Here are a few options that have good rep on this forum,
1) SVS PB-10NSD
2) Rocket ULW-10
3) HSU VTF-2 MK3

If you want your overall cost to be <$500 go with the SVS. Else go with the HSU. Mind you, the Rocket is no slouch, its just not as common here.
