for some reason my denon cd player is only playing through one speaker. and ideas what the problem could be?
Switch the connecting cables from right to left at the input end. (red to white and white to red).
If the sound switches to the opposite speaker, then the CD player or the cable has a fault.
Now change cables and see if that corrects it. If not you need a new CD player.
If the dead and active speakers do not switch at step one, then the receiver or amp is at fault.
