I found a chart from Trinnov that says Volume up is 10H and Volume down is 11H, but I don't know what to do with that. Lol. Would like the Altitude 32 volume to work on the Cox Contour remote and the Roku remote, if possible.

I know what you mean, and we are past that. But with AV equipment, I find that I enjoy diving in completely and being totally knowledgeable and responsible. But I'm still a consumer and sometimes miss the most obvious things. Lol. But the system sounds awesome.
