For plastic fiber, I've only seen cables as long as 12ft. There are longer lengths available, but you tend to pay a premium for them. Here's one source I've found:

thnx, found out the same. 10 feet will work to the rack. I had a 6' but too short...

I personally use the super inexpensive Toslink cables from Parts Express. If you don't plan on moving your equipment, then they'll work fine. If you plan on doing some plugging and unplugging, go for something more substantial (like their Dayton cables).
