Yup. Unfortunetely the PS3 is losing to the Wii in that vote. Wouldn't it be nice to land a PS3 for $139 and a HD-A35 for $149 and not have to worry about the format war anymore. The HD-A35 is an excellent player for scaling DVDs (HQV Reon scaler engine), so even if HD DVD lost it isn't a total loss and if anything it outperforms comparitively priced upscaling DVD players at that low of a price.

If the Blu-ray loses you still have potentially great gaming system.

too bad I already have a PS3, Wii, and 360 elite... as well as a HD DVD player. I guess I could always get one and resell it for a profit!

Unfortunetely the PS3 is losing to the Wii in that vote.

Maybe unfortunate, maybe not. Just remember that people who vote for the runner-ups might get a chance to buy their pick at a reduced price (albiet not the winning sale price). If the PS3 doesn't win, that means fewer people voted for it, which means that fewer people get put in the raffle for the 1000 PS3s that will be available at some reduced price.
