It's one of my favorite shows also. Looking at the hosts...I'm not thrilled. I hope I'm wrong.

The other 2 guys might be ok but Rutledge Wood? Are you kidding me? NASCAR....what a load of....

I would have thought they would have sent with an older guy in the line up...

I guess in the end its going to dissapoint no matter what.....nobody can live up to the trifecta of Hammond, Clarkson, and Captain Slow.

Figures a NASCAR perosnality would be put in there. NASCAR driving is nothing at all like street driving for the most of us.

The perosanlities in Top Gear are going to be difficult to beat. Its easily my most favourite car show of all time.

Discovery's Chasing Classic Car - isn't bad, nut it's not Top Gear.
Judging from trailer, I have very low hopes for this show as yet another stoled and destroyed euro tv/movie

I like that show but it's very laid back show.

I only see TG when I am directed to, or look up myself, the videos on you tube. So, you car nuts have probably seen them ALL, but of the handful that I have watched, this is my fav. The woman is trying to beat Jeremy's time on the Jag, in a van that does something like 0-60 in 21 secs or something, with chump change for HP, and with a center of gravity that's probably as tall as some people! She's overtaking Porsches and crotch rockets! I guess I'd get outta the way too if a van was drifting behind me, haha.

The trailer just feels... wrong. Even though the details seem mostly the same.

I could care less about any US version of the show...Clarkson, Hammond, and James "Captain Slow" are Top Gear.

The Bolivia episode is really good. I couldn't find part 1 but its worth a look.

Amen, can there be a new car show without him in it so I can actually stand to watch. Everything lately has been overly dramatic, over-produced, no true wit or humor. I thought TG USA was supposed to happen last year with Adam Carolla, no? Figured the idea got scrapped since I hadn't heard any more.

I cannot imagine how a US copy of the show could be any good. The fact that the show is British has quite a bit of entertainment value by itself.

Most of the seasons are available on FinalGear.com by the way. They are full episodes too, not the cut down ones shown on BBCA.
