Hello audioholics,

I'm having a technical problem at work and was hoping someone can explain what is the problem. Setup: TOA VM 2240 amplifier, Compatible TOA mic (thats been tested and works) and a radio. A coworker created a shortage break and de fuses broke ever since the intercom system is not working properly.

The music of the radio is supposed to go on background (volume going down) if the button on the intercom microphone is pushed. However if the button is pushed the amplifier starts activating all zones on maximum capacity (amplifier has 5 zone volume buttons to increase sound in certain area) which just increases the music instead of turning it down to make room for the microphone. Anyone know how this can be fixed?

There is a Bgm input which was my first thought, but the music doesn't come through this input.

Thank you in advance!
