Why O' Why are Tivo's so loud?!??!?!
Are the new ones as loud as the Sereis 2 one I have? I use a 3 year old laptop as a psuedo media player (don't use it for recording), and it's SO quiet. Good fans and quiet harddrives don't cost that much more than regular fans.
I have to unplug the dang thing to do any serious music listening.
