Tips on buying used... Value of used Energy RC mini cc?

Hey guys,

Currently looking for a used Energy RC mini cc but I need to know....how much would a very good condition Energy RC mini cc be worth currently? Was thinking about getting it to complement my RC-10 setup. I was thinking about $110+shipping

This is my first setup so I don't know exactly what questions to ask. What other pertinent things should I be asking the seller and what should I be worried about when buying used?

How would I go about doing the transaction if its just a posting on a forum?
I don't want to pay them money and get a damaged/nonfunctional item and never see my money again.

I don't know what a fair price would be for that speaker (i forget how much those cost).

But for your protection you need to pay with amazon payments or paypal (NOT as a gift payment). If the speaker arrives damaged or never gets there (and the seller doesn't want to do anything about it) you can file a claim.

Of course, the seller needs to have his own protection too. Take pictures before shipping, package the item securely, and use tracking/delivery confirmation because he doesn't want to send a speaker out to a dishonest person who says it never got there/is damaged.
