Be wary of this company as their warranty service is a complete nightmare!!
I bought the Asw-10 sub from them and it died after 4 months,I called them and fedex picked the sub up on 5-16.It is 7-10 and I have still not recieved my replacement.I have called and emailed them with no satisfaction.They dont have to worry about me as a future customer,There are too many good companys out there to deal with.

Well I just purchased a pair of noise cancelling headphones based on their 4th of july sale. We'll see how that goes.

He posted this over at AVS as well. I typically find that when these people rant like this they are not telling the entire story.

Lets see how it plays out since TSC tends to check the forums. TSC is a relatively new company that has had some growing pains but I find this story hard to believe and that he has not been able to get this resolved. Chance are we will never hear from him again.

I was hoping that Tsc would check out the forums and then maybe I could get someone to handle this problem for me,because for the last 2 months I have not had a subwoofer.I figured to get some negative replies and that is okay,I really dont care what people think. Iam just warning the public that their is a problem with this companys warranty service.

I have the same issue. I sent back the T100 sub I bought in a package on Aug 12 and they received it on the 18th. I had to call them on the Monday they 24th and told me they would give me an update. They didnt call so I called again today and they told me the same thing. I only have 10 more days to return the sat's that came with it. If I don't get an update by Friday, I will have to send the sat's back. Its a shame coz i like the way they sound.

I can attest to their GREAT customer service. For a full report read my review in the "Write your own review" section.

Quick version: I bought speakers that dropped in price a week later, they refunded the difference within a few days with cheer.

I heard alot of good things about them. Sometimes things happen & it does not mean they cant be trusted.

I will say that I had a small beef with their customer service as well. It took me inputting three times, on their website, a return request as well as emailing customer service before someone replied with return directions. Rather frustrating as this took over 10 business days.
I returned a set of in-ear headphones.

I do like their in-ceiling 8" speakers that I have installed outside for my patio.

I'm 50/50 on whether or not to use them again if I need inexpensive speakers.
