The SPAM spammers lately

Sorry guys. We are doing our best to clean them. I just banned 12 using the same IPs so hopefully that cleared out a few.

Love it. That 12 from different posters on the same IP or same poster at 12 places posting.

In the last 4 hours or so, there have been 60 new spam messages from multiple new accounts.

Can you please remove the time limit for reporting accounts? Is that something that can be done.

Why can they so easily create id's/memberships let alone myriad posts?

Unfortunately I'm afraid it's too late.. These people are in and nothing is going to get them out.. There highly automated, and will send out
page after page at a click of a button. In some cases it's completely automated, once they have programmed to selected forums. Thinking you can somehow block there IP addresses, , is a waste of your time, It's been reported elsewhere that they have hundreds of active IP's simply waiting to be used.
It's a bit like trying to beat "Wack a Mole"
I know of one forum [the subject is unimportant ] where they shut down the site for 6 months , and when they reactivated it they where back to
where they were before the shutdown. The site no longer exists
Try loading TEMO into a search engine, The selling site is massive, https://www.SPAM.com/a
In short the ships already sailed, and nothings going to bring it back

Thank you for your Insight on this issue. I'm sure @gene has been pulling his hair out, doing bis best. Somethings are not always that easy on situations likes this. What degree of expertise, does one have to rid spammers? Like hackers, they continue to persist, until job is complete, for continual !@#$%^&*()_? Mayhem. Thanks Gene for all that you do, and whatever assistance you can get. WE are all hanging in there.
