***LOL****

Yeah, I turned Green, Purple, Red, and every other color watching The Happening, which gets my vote for WORST MOVIE of the year!

HULK & IRON MAN were great.

Can't wait for Thor, Captain America, Avengers, and Woverine.:D

Apparently Marvel is tying in all those movies for the Avengers in 2011. Wolverine in the Avengers would definitely kick ***. They are trying to get Spider-Man in it as well but I doubt Toby would want to be Spidey.

I just saw this movie again, and in the intro, it shows "Stark Industries". Did anyone stay till the VERY end? I saw the part with Tony Stark, but is there something else after the credits?

Overall, I also liked this HULK a lot better than the first.

However, I like the characters of the first movie a lot better (Eric Bana, Jennifer Connelly, Sam Elliott).

Jennifer Connelly is a lot better than Liv Tyler. And Eric Banna just seems to look more like Bruce Banner than Edward Norton, who is way too short and small to be Bruce Banner - like in the Comics?:D
I just got back from seeing this movie. Its funny that you mention the actors and actress from the first movie. I thought the same thing. Noone can act the part of the general like Sam Elliot. I thought Eric Banns and Jennifer Connelly were great together in the first movie and would have liked to have seen them in the second movie. Over all i liked this movie very well. It kinda sucked that they left you hanging from the first movie. I really didnt like the ay they stepped backwards to make it more like the TV series. In Hulk 1 he was hit by Gamma by accident. In Hulk 2 they make out like he tried it in an experiment. I never did read the comics so i dont really know how they explained his exposure to Gamma.

I give it

Peace,
Tommy

There are 2 versions of that story. In the Silver age storyline which leads to modern day Hulk he was exposed to Gamma after experimenting with a gamma bomb which was made to resemble the creation of the atomic bomb in WWII. A lot of characters like Hulk and Captain America had their stories originating from WWII.

The Hulk from the movie is based off of the modern relaunch of the hulk in which there are 3 versions but they decided not to this as it would complicate things a lot. The serum which is injected into Banner in the experiment is based off of the super soldier formula that Captain America has. SHIELD used this formula for other characters like Black Cat.

The comic that I remember has him waiting at a bomb test site, and some kids somehow sneak on to the site in a truck. He goes out there to try and save them and gets blasted by the radiation when the bomb goes off.

Let me add a little correction here. It wasn't a bunch of kids, it was one kid, Rick Jones. Also, he was driving an old fashion sports car as I recall not a truck. Banner was in a bunker when he saw the kid sneak onto the bomb site. Rick was completely unaware that this area was a gamma ray bomb test site. Banner got to Rick in time to throw him into a ditch to try to get him out of the blast wave, but Banner was not able to save himself and was engulfed in the blast wave of gamma rays. In the original Hulk comics, Bruce Banner was a somewhat frail scientist. That was fairly standard for Stan Lee -- a weak, often mild-manner person (and usually very smart in some sort of science curriculum) getting superpowers from some high energy event (e.g., Bruce Banner as the Hulk, Donald Blake as Thor, and Peter Parker as Spider-man to name a few).

I didn't say it was a "bunch" of kids. I remember it as 2, a girl and a guy. And I totally remember it as a truck. Weird. I guess my memory's going in my old age. I was never that big of a Hulk fan though.

Sorry, I didn't mean to offend. One can interprete the plural of a word in many ways.

No prob dude. I just find it funny that I remember it somewhat vividly, and I was totally wrong.

No wonder Police can never rely on witness accounts of a crime.
