Just who does he think he is?

Everyone knows that character development and plot are the 2 most important factors to a great movie. I guess he doesn't know that.

Yeah you know I hate sounding like some stupid movie critic, but you're kinda watching the movie and you see this going on and on, but nothing's changing, nothings really happening, and then it ends with this convenient explanation and the end.

Everyone was kinda like... "what? that's it?"

It was just disjointed and totally linear. I mean.. it wasn't horrible... it was definately creepy... but there needed to be more.... a lot more.

Plants release a toxin, that causes humans to kill themselves. There is no stopping it, it just happens once in a long while, then it stops, for no reason.

Now, go see The Hulk, it was good.

Shyamalan SUCKS!

Okay, I just saw this PATHETIC movie yesterday.

I will file this under the category: WORST MOVIES EVER.

I am now convinced that Shyamalan is a horrible writer/director. I will never see another one of this movies -- unless everyone else thinks it's great.

This guy SUCKS!!!

We tried to tell you. I think Marky Mark is one of the worst actors. He's exactly the same with every character. He talks in the stupid voice that always sounds a bit higher like he's ... well... acting.

He just says the words in the fake sounding voice and everything he tries to emote sounds forced and fake. I don't see the cache' in him as an actor. His brother is a different story however. He was great in Band of Brothers and even in his quick part in The 6th Sense.

But I know what you mean about the movie. It just went nowhere.

I'm now convinced that Shyamalan is not a good director.

I guess he just got lucky with his first movie, but that's about it. I thought everything else sucked or was just mediocre at best.

He is Over-rated.

He's a great director - he just needs to let someone else write the screenplays for his ideas.

It seemed like 3 hrs long.

Talk about BORING and dragged out to death.

I mean even the Coolaid-bloody scenes were stupid and boring.
Is this movie Rated-R? It seemed like it was Rated-S to me. S = STUPID. On second thought, maybe it was Rated-R. R = RETARDED.

Trees excreting toxins and killing people is the dumbest idea I have ever heard. This guy is an idiot.

The dialogues are as boring and lame as hell.

Every character in this movie is a moron.

No actions, no plot, no characterization, no climax, no resolution, no acting, NOTHING!

Were there any speacial effects? Oh, of course, the Winds Blowing the grass and trees. Wow. And the Ketchup-bloody scenes. Wow.

Damn. And I thought Cloverfield was retarded.

Is it just me, or does it seem like a lot of TV shows are just 100% better than most of these movies?

I would rather pay $50 to watch each season of Prison Break, 24, Lost, Smallvile, Heroes, BSG, Rome, Deadwood, etc. than all of Shyamalan's movies COMBINED.

This guy sucks.

I will NEVER, EVER watch another movie that he makes!!!

Hulk was good. Iron Man was good. I bet Hellboy II will be good.

Now bring on The Dark Knight!!!

The directing and cinematography of The Village, Signs, Unbreakable and The Sixth Sense definitely doesn't lend itself to a theory of a one hit wonder.

If he had someone like Ted Tally, Andrew Kevin Walker, Christopher McQuarrie or Ehren Kruger writing the screenplay it would allow Shyamalan to do what he does best, because it ain't writing!!

The guy has a great vision for what's on the screen and if you watched one of his movies with no sound on....I think you'd see what I'm talking about.
