It was either "Talking Heads" with Burning down the house on it or "Dire Straits" Brothers in Arms.

Not to derail - but where did you get the DVD-A? Do you know if it's still available? I haven't found it so far.

Thanks!

It's the best sounding CD in my collection. Such Detail and punch. Clean recording. If I am not mistaking it was the first album ever digitaly recorded, but I might be wrong. Don't quote me on that.

That could very well be the first one I ever gave away.:D
I just didn't stop there, the next ones were Wham's "Make it Big" and "Music from the Edge of Heaven" and George Michael's "Listen without Prejudice". I'm a big GM's fan, his voice, in my personal opinion is second to none.

caupina, I also am a huge GM fan, in fact three months ago I saw him in concert and I used to be a rock critic for my college paper back in the day and have seen many many concerts and interviewed alot of them, but at age 40, seeing GM live, he was by far one of the greatest concerts I have ever been to. Just a fabulous artist, and what impresses me about him, is the fact he writes all of his music, plays most of the instruments and puts his all in his work.

BTW, I also am a huge fan of Oingo Boingo and got to interview them backstage after a concert in Tucson. Danny Elfman is a weird character but just a musical prodigy and can write music at the spur of the moment. They also gave a great concert.

Best concert ever Pink Floyd, best band to interview "Yes" man those guys love to party after a concert. Had a blast with them till the wee hours.

David Sanborn, Upfront. Received it as a gift for Christmas when I was a hardcore sax player.

I won the complete Dire Straits collection on CD and a portable CD player in the mid/late 80's on a radio call-in contest.
