So time for a really random thread. :D

I'm am currently planning on asking a girl out, but I want to have fun with it and do something weird/awesome/classy. So thus I want to ask you guys: What would be the classiest way (for a college student) to ask a girl out?

I'm hoping for some interesting answers :D

Where do you see her and where would you ask her out? Is it at the campus pub, lives nearby/dorm, class, outside on campus?

So I guess the lines:

"Do you have a little audio geek in you?"
she replies "No."
You reply "Would you like to?"

Ok, I would definitely recommend you do not use this line!!

You could always be direct:
"Hi, I'm *insert name or nickname here*. I was wondering if you'd like to grab a coffee or other beverage and talk?"

Another bad option:
"Hi, my buddies call me tripod. Want to see why?"

I always sucked at asking girls/women out. Never was any good at it. Yet, I still did ok... Direct usually worked ok.

Take her out dancing. Never met a woman that didn't love it. Doesn't matter if you can dance or not.

I'm a fan of the "How'd you like to go halfsies on a bastard child?" approach.

Invite her to a musical event.

They don't all have to be in stadium type venues, at lease where I am.

Preferably one that you like. If you don't share the same tastes, now is a good time to find out.

Haha, we are both pretty nerdy :D
I'm not to worried about the first date thing, I'll figure something out there... I'm more worried about dealing with the three of my friends that are $%#&ing pissed at me now that I am dating her XD

Step 1: Hip thurst in her general direction
Step 2: Point suggestively at your groin
Step 3: Say "Yeah baby, you like what you see?"

After that you won't have to say anything. Can you say slam dunk?

Really ?!?

So you married her to keep the free liquor flowing?

When were you sober last?
She's the one that uses the " I was drunk" excuse...I'm the "She has a good job and puts out".:D

I learned a long time ago before being married that the direct approach is best. Simply ask her out. Save classy for the actual date.

This is generally true. Of course, I met a girl once where it wasn't, but that's rare. Something else to keep in mind, if she can dance, she'll likely be good in the sack.

I've had some dead fish, but most girls are good /enough/ in the sack. I mean, by the time I'm screwing them I'm just happy to be there. :)
