Given that this movie is produced by MGM or, more accurately, Amazon MGM Studios, I can guarantee it will be an exclusive on Amazon Prime for a while before it gets syndicated to Netflix, if ever.
However, Apple TV says it's coming soon, whatever that means...

Thanks they don’t get anything that’s exclusive on Amazon Prime until the license runs out so I won’t expect it. Unfortunately I already have too many Blu-ray movies I can’t fit many more. unless it’s something spectacular.

That may mean to rent or they cut a deal to have it also, after some exclusive period.

It’s now available on Amazon Prime. On the list for an upcoming movie night with my wife. Read good reviews. Hope it’s as good as the original.

I thought Accountant-2 was very good. But not nearly as awesome as Accountant-1.

Not just expectations, but also plot/story.

First movie also has a lot more action than 2nd movie.

I liked it but felt it dragged a few too many times. Not a particularly compelling plot/story, and the expansion on the brothers' family time, meh. First one was the better movie. Maybe a re-visit to Anna Kendrick's character would have been nice. It was late when I watched it so may need to give it a second chance.

Yes, some mention about that character would have been good. I was also curious.

The first movie had the advantage of telling an original story about a very interesting character that we got to know slowly throughout the movie. The second one could fill in the characters a bit more, but the first would always have the advantage of really pulling us into his story as we learned more and more about him. That adds a lot to a movie beyond the plot.

The sequels can be great but they will always miss that little bit of fun. A bit like the John Wick movies, no matter how good the sequels could be, they could never capture the wonder of the world building in the first movie.
