testing crossover network question

I have a pair of JBL L-110's which are almost 25 years old. I recently found the schematic for the crossover netwok on the JBL heritage forum. After reading a few updates I realize that the capacitors are electrolytic, not polypropylene or polystyrene and have probably seen better days.
Even though the speakers still sound great I wonder about the network. If everything is still working OK I would rather not replace the capacitors: cost, time, don't fix what's not broke, etc.

This is my question: What is the procedure to measure the crossover network to see if everthing is working correctly? What equipmet is required? Is it worth the effort?
