I recently ordered an SR605 for a first-time Home Theater. After hooking it up (without speakers) I decided to test the video. I started up my 360, and I was immediately dissapointed: there was an abudance of color banding and (minor) artifacts. I'm guessing my unit's defective, because a cursory google brings up one relevant search, which blames it on the video processor (it's straight HDMI passthrough, so I doubt it's even being processed).
Is this something that can be fixed by a few settings or am I going to have to RMA this unit? Thanks.
Edit: I have a Samsung LN-T4665F and everything's hooked up through HDMI here. No banding is present when I hook up my 360 straight to the TV.
