Are these mic's still available? I remember these, I used to borrow a pair from a friend way back when. My question is what type of battery do these use?

and where can you order the batteries from? They were an odd type and size as I remember .

Yes they are.
Correct about the battery. It can be found at a number of on-line suppliers. It is a Eveready 206.
One is brand new, the other is a couple of years old, but still good (the batteries that is).
