One of them was with Ron on a saturday! Those guys must be there all the time!
Pat, no joke! I usually get e-mails from them on the weekend because I normally don't think to ask a question until a Friday. All of those guys are great about returning e-mails. Once, Ron took something like 25 hours to respond to an e-mail (on a weekend to boot), and he sent me a t-shirt to apologize! I was stunned. I didn't think that the e-mail was late or anything, but they really pride themselves on customer service.

I agree. I had many e-mail conversations with Ron and Tom at SVS prior to making my decision. One of them was with Ron on a saturday! Those guys must be there all the time!

I can second the response of SVS as being top notch... I had questions on Christmas Day in the morning, and I got a response from them early that afternoon... Dedication to their business, and their customers...

Now Im not sure who Im going to call when I build my own subs, I hope their customer service is as good as SVS... :)

SVS is top notch for customer service. They are always quick to respond to emails. They are quite honest and up front as well.

Wow, we're all "neighbors". I am in a suburb of Milwaukee and have been to a Pow Wow up in your neck of the woods. Great time!

Awesome guys... Go Pack !!!! We really need to have a GTG sometime...

Im sure when I get my subs done, that you guys would probably like to swing by and see how they put out..... We can pit them up against the SVS's and whatever you guys would like to throw into the mix...

Id offer to bring the TC-subs around, but I have a feeling they will end up being far to heavy to tansport, unless I toss em into my enclosed car trailer..

Got the # annunaki... I'll have to give you a call soon...

My screen name is actually misspelled it should read Anunnaki. Start reading up on Sumerian history and even some Zecharia Sitchin and you will find out soon enough. ;)
