SVS MTS-01 soon to be available

I've been waiting and waiting to see what SVS offers for the MTS-01 line and they sure look nice. Big bookshelves for surrounds won't work too well for me but we can hope they also design some nice bi/dipole surrounds to go with the other speakers.

Hopefully Audioholics can get some for review as soon as they are available.

Nice looking. I hope that they refine the feet on those tower speakers, though.

I've been thinking of upgrading my speakers. This gives me something to think about, especially because I have a PC-Ultra on preorder and the package pricing looks pretty decent.

being that I just purchased mine.. they missed me by whatever amount of time that is.. but I think I would have gone for the LTS-01 which won't be out until next year

its been awhile, but they look mighty impressive! They're sure to take a bite out of some of the other guy's market share. My hope would be, when I'm ready to buy my speakers these will have hit the street(@sonicboom Canadian retailer for SVS) and I can do a direct comparsion with speakers I've already heard.

Looks like a nice product line. Scan Speak makes some of the best tweeters in the world and this new design looks most impressive. It is certainly NOT an inexpensive tweeter I can tell you that.

Peerless drivers have been getting better over the years so there seems to be some good potential here.

Those are very impressive looking speaks there SVS... Although I will be a bit more interested in the full tower LTS as well... I hope they are making a monster Center Channel to go with them as well...

Is there any info on how the LTS line will be different from the MTS line? Their website says that the MTS line will pair with the Plus line of subs, and the LTS line is for the Ultra subs. However, the pre-order packages listed have the MTS line with the Ultra subs. Just curious.

Im not sure I would consider that UPgrading.... I would be extremely interested in compare and constrast of the two... I have alot of respect for the quality sound of my Studio's... tight and accurate..

Some nice listing of drivers, and tweeters... and I would imagine that construction would right up to par.... Can't wait for reviews.

I wonder if those are Peerless from Tymphany or Peerless India.

I want to see real pix as they look like they just attached wood panels to the outside and a flat black MDF box the dress it up.

Anyone else find it weird there are no measurement specs?

I'm sure they will have an entire page devoted to the speakers with all specs, graphs, and multiple pictures just like they do for every other speaker.
