It is always good to see others here that have and is still having great experiences with SVS customer support. Both Ed Mullen and Erik K have been very good to me. Never really spoke with Ron OR Tom BUT it sounds like to me from reading various posts that they both are very professional. I feel good about owning an SVS product. Thanks once again SVS.

You dont think I got to buy all this gear by sitting on my behind, did you ? Nah, she's good about my addiction.

However, that's a PB-12 Ultra, my man. It deserves the soft caress of the dusting cloth.

You got it. I was dusting not out of the desire to dust, but the desire to be close . Its just that the Rosewood finish is so beautiful that I cannot help but not want a single speck of dust on it... but I like the piano gloss finish better, even though its probably going to be tougher to keep spotless.
